    L’Editeur s’engage à livrer l’Abonnement à l’adresse mentionnée par l’Abonné, pour la période d’Abonnement.


  1. Obligations de l’Abonné
    L’Abonné s’engage à verser le prix de l’Abonnement lors de la conclusion de l’Abonnement en ligne par paiement par carte de crédit ou PayPal. L‘ Abonné s’engage à annoncer tout changement  d’adresse et de toutes autres données personnelles le concernant.


  1. Mise en Oeuvre de l’envoi des Packs Bilingues
    Les Conditions Générales prévoient l’envoi d’un Pack Bilingue par mois calendaire, c’est-à-dire un Pack Bilingue pour le mois de janvier, un Pack Bilingue pour le mois de février, etc.Lors de la prise de commande, le Client sera amené à renseigner un formulaire précisant le nom, prénom, sexe et date de naissance de l’enfant, l’adresse de livraison comportant le nom et le prénom figurant sur la boîte à lettres dans l’hypothèse où le nom de l’enfant ne serait pas le même. Il appartient au Client de vérifier l’exactitude et la conformité des informations fournies à CULTURE NETWORLD qui ne pourra être tenue responsable des conséquences d’éventuelles erreurs de saisie.Le contrat entre le Client et CULTURE NETWORLD ne sera conclu qu’au moment de la réception, par le Client, d’un email de confirmation de paiement envoyé par CULTURE NETWORLD (ci-après le « Contrat»).


  1. Contenu des Packs Bilingues
    CULTURE NETWORLD envoie chaque mois à ses Clients un Pack Bilingue, destiné aux enfants de plus de trois (3) ans, contenant du matériel ludique et pédagogique (e.g. livres de lecture, CD, fichiers d’activités).


  1. Offres promotionnelles/ cadeau
    CULTURE NETWORLD se réserve le droit de diffuser également dans ses Packs tout autre contenu participant à la valeur ajoutée créative et éducative des activités vendues (g.des objets magnétiques).
  2. L’abonnementau service d’envoi d’un Pack Bilingue peut se faire selon les modalités suivantes :
  • Par un abonnement de un (1), trois (3), six (6) ou douze (12) mois, avec paiement en une fois.

En validant sa commande, et après avoir vérifié le contenu de la commande et, le cas échéant, l’avoir modifié, le Client :

  • déclare accepter pleinement et sans réserves l’intégralité des présentes Conditions Générales, qui lui ont été présentées pour acceptation ;
  • reconnaît que son abonnement l’engage à un paiement obligatoire défini ; et
  • valide définitivement l’autorisation de prélèvement.

CULTURE NETWORLD confirmera systématiquement la commande de chaque Client par courrier électronique.

En souscrivant à cette offre, le Client s’abonne au service de livraison mensuelle d’un Pack Bilingue pour une durée de un (1) mois, de trois (3) mois, de six (6) mois ou de douze (12) mois, soit un (1), trois (3), six (6) ou douze (12) Packs Bilingues à compter de la date d’activation du service.


Le Client effectue le paiement en une fois, à la commande, pour l’ensemble du service offert pour la durée choisie.

Au terme de la durée pour laquelle le Client s’est abonné, soit après réception du nombre de Kits qu’il a payé, son abonnement est automatiquement reconduit, sauf notification de non reconduction intervenue dans un délai compris trente (30) jours et dix (10) jours avant la date anniversaire de souscription de l’abonnement.


  • Tarifs des services et produits en vente sur le site Internet

Les prix des abonnements figurant sur le Site Internet sont indiqués toutes taxes comprises, étant précisé que les produits commandés sont facturés aux prix en vigueur lors de l’enregistrement de la commande.

Les prix des abonnements ne comprennent pas les frais d’expédition, facturés en supplément du prix des abonnements suivant le montant de la commande. Les frais d’expédition seront indiqués dans la page récapitulative de la commande, avant la validation de la commande par le Client. Les frais d’expédition sont susceptibles de varier en fonction du pays de livraison de la commande.

Les prix des abonnements proposés par CULTURE NETWORLD peuvent être modifiés par CULTURE NETWORLD à tout moment et la modification sera alors clairement signalée au Client avant toute nouvelle commande.


  • Paiements
    Toutes es commandes passées dans le territoire de l’Union-Européenne sont payables en Euros. Les commandes passées au Royaume-Uni sont payables en Livre Sterling. Pour toutes les autres commandes passées en Suisse et dans les autres pays du monde non mentionnés ci-dessus, sont payables en francs suisses.Le paiement des achats s’effectue au moyen d’une carte de paiement bancaire ou d’un compte Paypal.Le Client garantit à CULTURE NETWORLD qu’il est pleinement autorisé à utiliser la carte de paiement pour le paiement de sa commande et que ces moyens de paiement donnent légalement accès à des fonds suffisants pour couvrir tous les coûts résultant de sa commande sur le Site Internet. CULTURE NETWORLD ne pourra être tenue pour responsable de tout usage frauduleux du moyen de paiement utilisé.CULTURE NETWORLD se réserve le droit de suspendre ou d’annuler toute commande et/ou livraison, quelle que soit sa nature et niveau d’exécution, en cas de non-paiement de toute somme qui serait due par le Client ou en cas d’incident de paiement.


  • Propriété intellectuelle
    L’ensemble des éléments reproduits sur le Site Internet sont protégés au titre de la propriété intellectuelle. Toute reproduction totale ou partielle des éléments accessibles sur le Site Internet est strictement interdite.
  1. Modifications des Conditions Générales
    CULTURE NETWORLD se réserve la possibilité de modifier et de mettre à jour les Conditions Générales et informe le Client, avant toute nouvelle commande, soit par e-mail, soit en l’indiquant au Client lorsqu’il passe une nouvelle commande, étant précisé que toute commande passée sera soumise aux CGV en vigueur au moment de la Commande.
    Limitation de responsabilité


  • Force majeure.

En cas de force majeure qui empêcherait l’exécution du contrat, les obligations de Culture NetWorld  sont suspendues. L’Editeur avisera le client de la survenance d’un tel événement dès que possible.


  • Protection des Données Personelles

Conformément à la Loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978, vous disposez des droits d’interrogation, d’accès, de modification, d’opposition et de rectification sur les données personnelles vous concernant. En adhérant à ces conditions générales de vente, vous consentez à ce que nous collections et utilisions ces données pour la réalisation du présent contrat. En saisissant votre adresse email sur l’un des sites de notre réseau, vous recevrez des emails contenant des informations et des offres promotionnelles concernant des produits édités par la Société et de ses partenaires. Vous pouvez vous désinscrire à tout instant. Il vous suffit pour cela de nous en informer par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception.
